In 2018, PPI proudly completed forty years of work. While still a small, local, all-volunteer organization, PPI’s footprint has grown a lot in India with NGO partners in many different states of India.
On April 29, 2018, over 120 volunteers and supporters gathered at the Mercer Island Community Center to celebrate PPI’s 40th anniversary. We shared PPI’s history and work and the celebratory evening included a musical performance by Srivani Jade and her group.
